Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a caseload averaging 55-63 patients per week.
• Work scheduled hours primarily during weekdays with the possibility of working 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM.
• Utilize the Raintree electronic medical record (EMR) system for documentation.
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduling and productivity standards.
• Follow clinic policies and collaborate with team members to deliver quality patient care.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings.
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with diverse patient populations and treatment modalities.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Note:

• Working hours are Monday through Friday, with no weekend shifts.
• This position offers a guaranteed 40 hours per week with pre-assignment modules reimbursed to the agency.
