Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in various clinical settings.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to promote patient recovery and independence.
• Assess patients' needs and progress, adjusting therapy techniques accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately.
• Educate patients and families on therapy activities and home exercises.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license or certification.
• Ability to work 8.5-hour shifts on days.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of relevant therapy techniques and procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting.
• Bilingual skills or experience working with diverse communities.
