Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adult medical-surgical and oncology inpatients in a fast-paced hospital setting
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols
- Monitor patient conditions, document findings, and communicate updates to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all safety, health, and infection control standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical-surgical or oncology nursing
- BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in acute care inpatient settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
