Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized physical therapy assessments and treatments to patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to improve patient mobility and function.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and wellness strategies.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance standards in clinical practices.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Proven experience in providing physical therapy services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Commitment to patient care excellence.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in outpatient or rehabilitation settings.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
