Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to a 14-bed med-surg unit with a staffing ratio of 1:5
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
- Monitor patient progress and document care provided accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and update patient care plans
- Respond promptly to patient needs and ensure safety and comfort throughout the shift
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma
- Minimum of 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience
- Ability to perform 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
