Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor and record patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Document care provided accurately and timely.
Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
• Proven experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic cardiac life support (BLS) certification preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous night shift experience in LTC/SNF environments.
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems.
