Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, primarily specializing in orthopedic care.
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients daily, with the expectation of seeing approximately 60 visits per week.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and perform therapeutic interventions in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and follow protocols for patient care and documentation.
• Possibility to float to other clinics within the area to meet staffing needs.
• Adhere to productivity and visit volume expectations, including double-booking follow-up visits when appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license for South Carolina.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new grads and first-time travelers are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts during daytime hours.
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented outpatient environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic therapy experience is highly preferred.
• Previous experience working in a clinic that appreciates productivity metrics.
• Flexibility to float between clinics and handle varying caseloads.

Additional Notes
