Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistance to clients in a clinical setting.
• Collaborate with licensed therapists to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress according to established protocols.
• Assist in preparing therapy materials and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Support patients through therapeutic activities aimed at improving daily functioning.

Required Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure or equivalent.
• Prior experience working in a therapy or healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to follow therapy protocols and documentation procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be available to work flexible weekday shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with pediatric or adult therapy populations.
• Knowledge of therapy equipment and adaptive tools.
• Bilingual with English and Spanish skills a plus.
