• Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, rotating schedule, contract

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to oncology patients, including those undergoing hematology and stem cell transplants.
• Administer chemotherapy and blood products following strict protocols.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and interpret telemetry data, including dysrhythmias.
• Manage central lines, PICC lines, feeding tubes, and perform sterile dressing changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to assess patient needs and respond to rapid response teams as needed.
• Document patient care accurately using electronic medical records such as EPIC.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state or compact nursing license in hand at time of submission.
• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient hematology/oncology or medical-surgical/telemetry experience.
• BLS certification.
• Chemo certification (Oncology Nursing Society recommended).
• Experience with computerized charting, preferably EPIC.
• Knowledge of central line and PICC line management, blood administration, and dysrhythmia interpretation.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS certification.
• Experience administering CAR-T therapy.
• Strong understanding of oncology diagnoses such as leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, and transplant procedures.
• Ability to adapt to a rotating schedule with night shifts.
