Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits.
• See an average of 60 visits per week, working up to 40 hours with 36 hours guaranteed.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction.
• Float to other clinics as needed, including locations in Grandview and Raytown, MO.
• Obtain prior approval from management for any overtime hours worked.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Missouri.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new grads and first-time travelers are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
• Flexibility to float between clinics.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Outpatient orthopedic caseload experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
