Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to post-operative and outpatient orthopedic patients
• Evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
• Manage a patient load of approximately 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits expected
• Collaborate with clinic staff and obtain required approval before working overtime
• Maintain productivity expectations of 60 visits per week
• Assist in the growth of the outpatient clinic, potentially expanding to a team of one PT and one PTA

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Willing to accept new grads and first-time travelers
• No PTA certification accepted for this role

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic experience
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse patient caseload
