Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 8-hour day shifts, 4 days per week, split assignment between two facilities in Kewanee, IL and one in Toulon, IL

Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in various care settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Assist in patient assessments and therapy adjustments as needed

Required Qualifications
• Valid occupational therapist license or certification
• Proven experience in occupational therapy practice
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in multiple facility environments
• Knowledge of therapy protocols for diverse patient populations
