Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient occupational therapy services within a multidisciplinary department.
• Assess and treat patients with a variety of conditions, including specialty therapies such as lymphedema, vestibular, wound care, and more.
• Collaborate with physical therapists and speech-language pathologists to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Ensure all therapy sessions comply with clinical guidelines and safety standards.
• Participate in specialty assessments such as MBS & FEES studies.

Required Qualifications

• Recent (15-18 months) experience in occupational therapy within a specialty setting.
• Valid BLS certification through AHA.
• Lymphedema certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient multidisciplinary departments.
• Knowledge of specialty therapies such as CHT, wound care, Parkinson’s, sports therapy, and aquatics.
• Familiarity with advanced assessment techniques including MBS & FEES studies.
