Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services for adult and adolescent patients
• Manage caseload of approximately 25-30 cases per week with 10-15 patient visits daily
• Perform patient evaluations, assessments, and develop treatment plans
• Conduct fall risk assessments and various motor and functional assessments
• Implement post-operative and non-surgical interventions for conditions such as back pain, joint issues, and musculoskeletal disorders
• Utilize EHR software for documentation and patient management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of outpatient physical therapy experience
• Proficiency in case management, screening, and caseload building
• Ability to perform orthopedic assessments and treatments
• Comfortable with using NextGen EHR system
• Professional appearance in business casual attire (khakis and polo shirts acceptable)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience managing a diverse caseload with orthopedic conditions such as Achilles tendonitis, ACL tears, and osteoarthritis
• Familiarity with inpatient and outpatient therapy approaches
• Knowledge of fall risk and motor assessments
