Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans for outpatient clients.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement and evaluate patient care strategies.
- Educate patients and families on health management and procedure preparations.
- Promote patient safety and a healthy environment in accordance with hospital policies.
- Document patient information accurately using electronic health record systems.
- Adhere to all relevant guidelines, policies, and standards, including stroke care protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Montana Registered Nurse Licensure.
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including working beyond a standard 40-hour week if needed.
- Good judgment, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle a busy, high-pressure environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Outpatient clinic experience.
- Familiarity with electronic health record operating systems.
- Knowledge of stroke and cerebrovascular care protocols.
- Experience practicing modified primary nursing.
