Key Responsibilities

• Perform computed tomography (CT) scans accurately and efficiently following established protocols.
• Assist in patient positioning, preparation, and care to ensure high-quality imaging results.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with radiology team and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
• Complete required documentation and ensure compliance with department standards.

Required Qualifications

• ARRT Certification in CT.
• BLS certification.
• SC license for Radiologic Technologists.
• Minimum of 2 years of CT imaging experience.
• 1 year of recent experience with EPIC electronic medical records (EMR).
• Ability to work a 12-hour day shift, with a schedule including one Saturday per month.
• Flexibility to participate in 24-hour call coverage, approximately one day a month.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Omnicell medication system.
• Previous experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols related to radiologic procedures.

Travel & Compliance Notes

• Candidates must reside 100+ miles from any Prisma Health facility or meet specific distance exceptions.
• Must complete pre-assignment testing within 48 hours of contract start.
• Floating to other units may be necessary as per facility needs.
• Traveling staff are not permitted to extend beyond three consecutive 13-week contracts without conversion to permanent employment or a mandatory six-month separation.
• All required certifications and documentation, including Social Security number, must be provided upon submittal.
