Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services across inpatient hospital, inpatient nursing home, and outpatient clinic settings
- Deliver patient care for a diverse caseload including orthopedic, neurological, musculoskeletal, developmental, and pediatric conditions
- Participate in specialty therapy programs such as pelvic health therapy, dry needling, LSVT Big and Loud, and pain management
- Conduct home care visits and local school visits as part of the therapy department's community outreach services
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary therapy department offering physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and hydrotherapy
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of Montana
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Ability to work across inpatient and outpatient care settings
- Experience treating a varied patient population including adult and pediatric patients
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with pelvic health therapy, dry needling, or LSVT Big and Loud programs
- Prior experience in a rural or critical access hospital environment
- Comfort working in a small, close-knit therapy department with a broad scope of practice
