Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to adult, adolescent, and geriatric patients.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments, including fall risk assessments, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Manage a caseload with an expected productivity of 10-12 visits per day, totaling approximately 55 visits weekly.
• Treat a diverse range of orthopedic conditions such as Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tears, Post-Operative Back Pain, Fractures, Osteoarthritis, Rotator Cuff Repairs, and more.
• Implement neurorehabilitation techniques for conditions including Parkinson's Disease and related neurological disorders.
• Document patient progress and collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license in the state of Maryland.
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Proficiency in case management, screening, and caseload building.
• Experience with evaluation and assessment involving strength, mobility, and fall risk.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating orthopedic and neurological conditions.
• Familiarity with NextGen EHR systems.
• Ability to manage a varied patient population effectively.
