• Full-time, nights, 12.5-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week, onsite, local only (OT not guaranteed, every other weekend required)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
• Document care and assessments in compliance with facility protocols
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations

Required Qualifications

• Valid LVN / LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts and part of a rotating schedule
• Basic knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with elderly or chronically ill patients
• Familiarity with state and federal healthcare regulations
