Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard scheduling practice
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and adhere to approved scheduling and overtime policies
• Float to neighboring clinic locations as needed to support patient care continuity

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of North Carolina or eligibility to obtain
• Prior clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist (new graduates not considered)
• Ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• Willingness to float to neighboring clinic locations when required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing high patient volumes in an outpatient clinic environment
