Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, contractual (13 to 26 weeks), outpatient/clinic setting, flexible start date and contract length, support for flexible scheduling options including 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days, guaranteed 40 hours/week, open to evening shifts (until 7:30 pm) with 2 evenings/week, 5 shifts per week, day shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Deliver patient-centered care in a supportive clinical environment.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 55-63 patients per week.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using Raintree EMR system.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure quality care and adherence to protocols.
• Maintain flexible availability to accommodate scheduling needs.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings.
• Active and valid physical therapy license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records systems, preferably Raintree.
• Strong communication and patient management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient or clinic environments.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, patient-centered care model.
• Availability to work evenings as needed.
