Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions in accordance with plan of care
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient progress and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas (permanent license required)
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to start
• Must have been separated from any prior employment at this facility type for at least one year if previously employed there

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation platforms
