Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shifts, 3 shifts per week, local only (OT not guaranteed)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Administer medications and monitor patient health status during night shifts
• Document patient conditions accurately and timely in compliance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Adhere to all licensing, safety, and compliance standards throughout shift

Required Qualifications

• Valid LPN/LVN license in the state of New Hampshire
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or SNF settings
• Ability to work independently and handle night shift responsibilities effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working night shifts in a skilled nursing facility
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Certification in CPR and basic life support (BLS)
