Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic treatment to patients based on physician referrals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Comply with all clinical policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Active licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in setting therapies
- Ability to articulate documentation requirements and complete necessary paperwork directly with ATI before assignment
- Willingness to start on a compact license with the requirement to obtain permanent licensure immediately
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting
- Familiarity with electronic documentation systems
