Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (Float Pool)

Key Responsibilities

• Float to all critical care floors as assigned, providing direct patient care in an ICU setting
• Provide nursing care in the Emergency Department, with limited patient assignments as applicable
• Support MTC, Step-Down, and PACU units for holds as needed
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care across multiple units

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU or critical care experience in a similarly sized facility
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a float pool or multi-unit environment
• Familiarity with Emergency Department nursing workflows
• Experience in Step-Down, MTC, or PACU settings
