Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | 36 Hours/Week | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients according to acuity and established protocols
• Maintain patient-to-nurse ratios of 1:4
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver timely and effective emergency interventions
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of New Mexico (no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Current ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
• Must not reside within a 60-mile radius of the facility (travel candidates only)
• 2 professional references in Emergency Room specialty required at time of submission
• Prior travel nursing experience required (first-time travelers not accepted)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity or critical access emergency department
• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse patient population with minimal supervision
