Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend | Holidays as Needed | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient nursing care to a diverse patient population with multiple co-morbidities, with a specialized focus on stroke and neurological patient populations
• Manage telemetry monitoring, including remote monitoring, and respond appropriately to cardiac rhythm changes
• Perform and maintain central line care and management, PICC line management, port access, peripheral line care, and IV starts
• Administer blood products and manage feeding tube care
• Implement isolation precautions and perform wound care including wound vac management
• Float between multiple facility campuses as needed and maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5–1:6

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• BLS and NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• EPIC electronic health record experience required
• Telemetry experience with remote monitoring required
• Experience with feeding tube care and management, blood product administration, central/PICC/peripheral line management, port access, and IV insertion required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• On-unit telemetry monitoring experience preferred
• Experience managing CVA patient populations preferred
• Familiarity with nasal cannula oxygen delivery and wound vac therapy preferred
