Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to restore or maintain functional abilities
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions targeting activities of daily living, fine motor skills, and cognitive function
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Arizona
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- NBCOT certification
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy role
- Familiarity with SNF documentation and compliance requirements
