Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (9:00 PM – 9:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Float to medically appropriate units or support nursing care teams as assigned, including high-acuity and respiratory units
• Maintain availability to work every other weekend and holidays as required

Required Qualifications

• Valid Ohio Registered Nurse License (any state RN license accepted; compact license accepted; temporary license available upon offer)
• Associate Degree or BSN in Nursing
• Minimum of 1.5 years of Emergency Department experience
• Active ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• CPI, AVADE, or CalmEveryStorm certification required
• EPIC electronic health record experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• BSN degree preferred
• Experience floating across specialty clusters or high-acuity units
• Familiarity with EKG/Dysrhythmia interpretation
