Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop tailored physical therapy treatment plans for patients of all ages in outpatient settings
• Conduct medically prescribed therapy sessions to promote mobility, reduce pain, and restore function
• Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and rehabilitation strategies
• Supervise and collaborate with physical therapy assistants and aides during treatment
• Participate in occasional weekend evaluations for acute care patients as needed

Required Qualifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist in South Carolina (must be attached to resume)
• Minimum of 2 years recent outpatient or hospital experience (preferably in hospital settings)
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (must be attached to submission)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient clinics or hospital environments
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Strong patient education and team collaboration skills
