Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• PRN Contract, Days shifts, 12-hour shifts, variable schedule based on facility needs

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in long-term care and skilled nursing facility settings
• Float between multiple locations as needed, including Williamsburg and Crete (if applicable)
• Ensure patient safety and comfort following established protocols
• Document patient observations and care plan updates accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to meet patient needs
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility requirements

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Nebraska
• Proven experience in LTC/SNF settings
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days and 12-hour schedules

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with float assignments in multiple facility locations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments
