Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy to a diverse patient population.
• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure documentation of patient progress and treatment details.
• Collaborate with clinic team and float to other clinics as needed.
• Maintain productivity expectations of 60 patient visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize patient care and clinic efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Georgia.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Will accept PTA candidates and first-time travelers.
• Ability to work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience is highly preferred.
• Flexibility to float between clinics and work in a team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple patients daily and manage a busy schedule.
