Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and execute therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and float to other clinics as needed.
• Manage a productivity standard of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients per day, including double-booking follow-up visits.
• Ensure all therapy sessions and documentation meet clinical and regulatory standards.
• Obtain approval from the director for any overtime hours worked, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week and potential to work up to 40 hours.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license and certification to practice as a Physical Therapist in Georgia.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work days in a clinical setting.
• Experience or willingness to float between clinics, including orthopedic outpatient settings.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic therapy experience is highly preferred.
• Flexibility to accept first-time travelers, part-time PTAs, and new grads are not preferred.
