Physical Therapist

Job Title

• Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shift, 8 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to patients in a clinical setting
• Collaborate with other clinics as a float therapist, including neighboring locations, when necessary
• Manage a patient load of approximately 12-14 patients per day, including double-booking follow-up visits
• Maintain documentation and productivity standards, with a goal of 60 visits per week
• Work up to 40 hours weekly, with a guaranteed minimum of 36 hours; overtime must be approved prior to work

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or licensing eligibility as a Physical Therapist or PTA
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work dayshift hours (8 hours per day)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient orthopedic therapy experience recommended
• Flexibility to float between clinics and work in a team environment
• Ability to handle a busy patient schedule and perform double-booking when needed
