Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedics services to diverse patient populations.
• Float to other clinics within the region as needed.
• Manage a patient load of 12-14 patients per day, including double-booking follow-up visits.
• Work approximately 36 hours per week with the possibility of up to 40 hours, with OT hours pre-approved by the director.
• Maintain productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient orthopedics experience is a plus.
• Flexibility to float between clinics and work with diverse patient populations.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
