Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy to general patient population
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day, with some follow-up visits double-booked
• Achieve productivity expectations of 60 visits per week
• Ensure all treatment plans are executed in accordance with clinic policies and standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervise patient progress as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress

Required Qualifications

• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge in orthopedic rehabilitation
• Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent graduation from an accredited physical therapy program considered, but experience is preferred
• Experience working in outpatient orthopedic clinics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
