Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day, including follow-up visits with double-booking as needed.
• Maintain productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Ensure documentation and treatment plans are accurate and compliant with clinical standards.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed, with prior approval for overtime.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state physical therapy license.
• Outpatient or orthopedic therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work full-time day shifts.
• Strong communication and patient management skills.
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience is highly desirable.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
