Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Collaborate with clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Assist in float assignments to other clinics as needed.
• Maintain productivity standards, typically seeing 12-14 patients per day, with up to 40 hours per week.
• Ensure all patient records and documentation are completed accurately and timely.
• Obtain prior approval for any overtime hours from the supervisor.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work a full 8-hour day.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Familiarity with patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
