Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to patients in a clinical or school setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
- Collaborate with other healthcare or educational professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Proven experience working in speech therapy or related roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in pediatric or school-based therapy settings
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills (optional)
