Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, day shifts, outpatient setting, travel team option available, 36 hours guaranteed with potential to work up to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Collaborate with clinic team and float to other clinics as needed.
• Manage an average of 12-14 patient visits per day, including double-booking follow-up visits.
• Ensure productivity goals are met with a target of 60 visits per week.
• Obtain OT approval before working any overtime hours.

Required Qualifications
• Valid physical therapy license in the state of Alabama.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Willingness to float between clinics and possibly accept first-time travelers or new graduates.
• Ability to work 8-hour day shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus.
• Flexible to accept first-time travelers and new graduates.
• Strong patient management and documentation skills.
