- Full-time, Days, 4x12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care in a Medical Surgical unit, including MS/Tele and telemetry responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and manage insulin therapy
- Respond to rapid response calls and collaborate with healthcare team to meet patient needs
- Document patient data accurately within Epic electronic charting system
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines
- Float within scope to meet facility needs, including support across similar units
Required Qualifications
- Valid South Carolina RN license or Compact license in hand
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a similar setting
- BLS certification required prior to start
- Epic electronic health record experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS and NIHSS certifications (preferred)
- Experience with telemetry, insulin management, and rapid response procedures
