• Full-time, night shifts, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in a Neuro ICU or IMCU setting, floating between ICU and step-down units as needed
• Monitor and manage critically ill neurology patients, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Follow unit protocols for neuro-specific care and maintain high standards of clinical practice
• Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, certifications, and licensing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in neuro-related ICU or step-down units
• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Georgia
• Strong neuro care experience, evidenced on professional profile
• Up-to-date certification credentials for critical care nursing
• Nursys license verification required
• Skills checklist and professional references

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a floating nurse role between ICU and step-down units
• Ability to adapt quickly to a high-acuity environment
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
