Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | 12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend Rotation Required | 36-Hour Weekly Guarantee

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document resident health status, reporting changes to appropriate clinical staff
• Utilize gait belts during resident transfers and mobility assistance (candidates must supply their own gait belt)
• Participate in orientation shifts on days (Mondays or Wednesdays) prior to transitioning to night shift

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Nebraska or a compact state
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a Sunday–Saturday facility work week schedule
• Availability for every other weekend rotation
• Must provide personal gait belt for resident care

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract nursing experience in LTC/SNF environments
• Familiarity with electronic health records and long-term care documentation standards
