Full-Time | Permanent | Onsite | Nights – Three 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to OB patients greater than 20 weeks gestation in a high-acuity Labor & Delivery setting
• Manage patient assignments in Labor & Delivery (1:2 ratio) and OB Triage (1:2–3 ratio, contingent on acuity, phase of care, and census)
• Collaborate intra- and interdisciplinarily to deliver safe, patient-centered care across a 10-room L&D unit and 2-room OB Triage area
• Maintain flexibility and accountability in a fast-paced environment, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to patient care situations
• Support and contribute to a culture of safety, positive teamwork, and open communication within the unit

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 18 months (1.5 years) of Labor & Delivery or Antepartum RN experience
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring certifications required within 30 days of hire or transfer

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Level II or higher Labor & Delivery setting strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, collaborate, and contribute to a learning-focused team environment
