Full-Time | Permanent | Onsite | Nights – Three 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to OB patients greater than 20 weeks gestation in a fast-paced Labor & Delivery unit
• Manage patient assignments in Labor & Delivery (1:2 ratio) and OB Triage (1:2–3 ratio, contingent on acuity, phase of care, and census)
• Collaborate intra- and interdisciplinarily to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
• Support a culture of safety through accountability, flexibility, and effective communication
• Participate in mentoring and learning opportunities within a supportive team environment

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 18 months (1.5 years) of Labor & Delivery or Antepartum RN experience
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring certifications required within 30 days of hire or transfer

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Level II or higher Labor & Delivery setting
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve in high-acuity patient care environments
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
