Travel Registered Nurse – Rehabilitation

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 6-Week Assignment | Projected Start: July 13, 2026 | Weekend requirement: up to every other weekend

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care on a 10-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit with a 5:1 patient ratio
  • Perform patient mobilization and lifting using specialized equipment including Sara Stedy, Hoyer Lift, Sara Flex, Sara Plus, and Carendo Shower Chair
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with Medicare guidelines using EPIC and UDS EMR systems
  • Collaborate as part of a team-oriented unit alongside charge nurses and patient care technicians
  • Float to Med/Surg and Orthopedic units as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
  • Inpatient hospital experience of any kind
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Proficiency or ability to learn EPIC and UDS EMR platforms

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior inpatient rehabilitation nursing experience
  • Experience with patient mobilization equipment and lift devices
