Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM | Saturday, Sunday, and one weekday
Key Responsibilities
- Scrub and circulate surgical procedures across a broad range of specialties including Trauma, Transplant, Orthopedics, Neurology, ENT, GU-GYN, and Robotics
- Provide direct patient care within a high-volume, Level I Trauma Center operating room environment
- Collaborate within a nurse-driven OR team composed of Registered Nurses and Certified Surgical Technologists
- Utilize EPIC for clinical documentation and charting
- Float within scope to meet facility needs across like units or sister facilities as required
- Participate in emergency response team assignments during hurricane season (June through November) as directed
Required Qualifications
- Active South Carolina RN license or Multi-State/Compact RN license (SC license must be active prior to start)
- Current BLS certification
- Radiation badge required (provided by agency)
- Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room RN experience strongly preferred
- Experience in a Level I Trauma Center setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Scrub experience in the OR strongly preferred
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records system
- Experience in an academic or Magnet-designated facility
