Contract | Part-Time | Onsite | Evening Shift | 32 Hours/Week | 4x8s | Shift Hours: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM | Every 3rd Weekend Required
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT scan imaging procedures in accordance with department protocols and patient care standards
- Operate GE CT scanner equipment and Bayer Medrad injector to produce diagnostic-quality images
- Utilize Sectra PACS for image management and distribution
- Document patient information and imaging data accurately within the Epic electronic health record system
- Adhere to radiation safety standards and infection control protocols throughout all procedures
Required Qualifications
- ARRT Certification in CT (Computed Tomography) required
- Active CT State License for Connecticut required
- Minimum of 3 years of CT technologist experience
- Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
- Experience with Sectra PACS
- Experience operating GE CT scanners with Bayer Medrad injector
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working evening or overnight shifts in a hospital or acute care setting
- Familiarity with weekend rotation scheduling in a clinical imaging environment
