Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days — Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–5:30 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a daily caseload of approximately 10–12 patients
- Perform patient lifting and transfers in accordance with established safety protocols
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for assigned patients
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records using EPIC EMR
- Float to other units or campuses as needed based on census requirements, performing only tasks within demonstrated competencies
Required Qualifications
- Active state Physical Therapist licensure issued by the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners or PT Compact Commission
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience (first-time travelers accepted)
- Demonstrated outpatient physical therapy experience
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR (minimum 1 year of experience required)
- Lifting and patient transfer skills required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting
- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
