Contract | Days | 3x8-Hour Shifts (8:00–16:00) | Monday–Friday (flexible scheduling options available)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient physical therapy services at a Critical Access Hospital setting
• Manage a patient caseload with expected ratios of 1:5–10
• Float between units based on facility census and departmental needs
• May be required to float to nearby sister facilities based on operational need and therapist competency
• Adapt daily schedule and workload in accordance with hospital census fluctuations

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State Physical Therapist license (required at time of submission)
• Acute care physical therapy experience
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
• Ability to work a flexible Monday–Friday schedule (approximately 0.6 FTE)
• Willingness to float to additional facilities within the region as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Critical Access Hospital or rural healthcare setting
• Experience working across multiple facility types or service lines within inpatient therapy
